Documentation first
You get drawings, paperwork, and a system someone else could pick up. Every show leaves a record.
Calm in tech
The point of the preparation is that tech is boring. Problems get solved in the drafting, not at 11pm on the deck.
Scoped up front
Scope, schedule and deliverables are agreed in writing before load-in. Everyone knows what they’re getting and when.
